About Keiley

Keiley Mead, 24, is an Australian diagnostic radiographer and is currently conducting research as part of a PhD program at the University of Sydney.

Her research focus remains on improving magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the assessment of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and knee injuries to inform patient driven injury management pathways, and create artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for knee injury detection.

Beyond her doctoral studies, Keiley shares insights through writing, talks, and collaborations. She believes that research should not only live in journals but also spark dialogue, inspire innovation, and empower others. She strongly founds her beliefs in the notion that there is always more to learn and “the more you know, the less you know”.
